Who is it for?

Travel agencies holding a Ministry operating certificate, and agencies selling tours, package tours or accommodation through a website, mobile app or social media sales account. If you sell online, the e-commerce checklist also applies.

Online sales channel

The certificate number on the Ministry operating certificate and the agency title appear on the site's home page and at the bottom of every other page. Adding them to the site footer makes them appear on every page.

The online sales channels used (website, mobile app, social media sales accounts) have been reported to the Ministry and TÜRSAB. The notification should be updated when a new channel is opened.

Promotion and contracts

Tour, facility and price promotion is not false or misleading (photos, facility features, services included in the price).

Tour and package tour contracts sold online show the certificate number, agency and trade name and address; if another agency's product is sold, the product owner is clearly stated.
